Officially opened at the end of 2017, Mersing Harbour Centre is the consolidation of Mersing's role as gateway to its various offshore paradise islands, including Tioman and Rawa, as well as its wildlife-rich Endau Rompin hinterland, which encompasses vast swathes of as good as untouched rainforest.

With the completion of Mersing Harbour Centre, the process of collecting one's ferry tickets and catching the ferry has been ushered into the future.

Mersing Harbour Centre offers a number of clearly distinguishable counters for ticket collection, registration for the ferry, as well as for payment of the conservation fee and toll sum that are due.

Prefer to walk-in and buy your ferry tickets last-minute? That's possible too at Mersing Harbour Centre. Provided the ferry for that days isn't yet fully booked of course.

Best of all, Mersing Harbour Centre also features a modern food and beverage section, plenty of little shops, pushcarts and kiosks, offering a wide variety of products, from local snacks to island-themed souvenirs, from sun-cream to spa services.

It's all right under one roof, making Mersing Harbour Centre the ideal one-stop shop for everything Mersing and everything ferry.

Mersing Harbour Centre has replaced the rather ad-hoc style of the ticket process of yore. And in so doing, Mersing is poised to become the tourist hot-spot of the Malaysia Peninsula east coast.

And if you're not sure where to go after arriving in Mersing, then no worries, just make your way to Mersing Harbour Centre's Tourist Information kiosk. It's at your service.

Other Mersing Harbour Centre facilities include a car park, an exhibition/convention hall, a mosque, an outdoor children's playground and a contemporary washroom section with shower booths included.
