Upon completing your online transaction, your boarding passes will be awaiting collection at the ferry terminal, i.e. at the Bluewater Express counter. All you need to do here is show your printed payment transaction receipt, after which you can proceed to the ferry.

Please note that ferry vessels fill up progresssively and chronologically, which means that ferry times selected by passengers are subject to first come first served. As such, we highly recommend submitting your preferred ferry times as soon as the ferry schedule has been published.
